A: AutismHR believes that Fiverr is one of the most straightforward Gig Economy platforms on the web. It is free to get started with and provides predictable flat rate fees only when sales are made.

Q:  How can I take full advantage of AutismHR's Gig Tutorials
A:
  • pick a tutorial that suits your interest to set up your Fiverr Gig and start offering your freelance service
  • read through the tutorial one step at a time
  • after reading each step, stop to actually do that step in your own Fiverr account
  • do this until you've completed all the steps in the tutorial, and have created your Fiverr Gig, which is essentially the beginning of your business.

Q: What are a few quick tips about picking a Fiverr Gig to sell on your Fiverr account?
A:
  • Create a Gig that allows you to provide a service that you enjoy doing
  • Because the basic service your Gig will provide will start at the $5 price point be sure it's easy enough for you produce within a fairly short amount of time
  • It can often be more lucrative to create a Gig that other businesses need [Businesses tend to have more money to spend than an individual consumer. Businesses tend to be willing to buy services that can help them promote their business, make their business more money and/or save them time from having to do something (like what your service can provide) on their own.]
  • Be sure to focus on producing quality work, delivered on time and always try to be optimistic and helpful when messaging with clients on Fiverr.  Having good communication with your clients leading up to, through and after your service delivery is key to obtaining positive reviews for your Gigs on Fiverr (which you want because the more positive reviews you get, the more your Gig gets promoted in the Fiverr Marketplace, and that could mean more business for you).

Q: Is there an online community for autistic professionals (employees/entrepreneurs) to join and talk to each other?
A: Yes, AutismHR has created a LinkedIn group called Autistic Professionals. Click that link and with your LinkedIn account you can join, post useful articles, read posts, comment and connect with other group members.

Q: Does AutismHR make money from Fiverr?
A: Yes, but only when a someone makes a purchase on Fiverr after arriving there through AutismHR.com and setting up a Fiverr profile to make their purchase. AutismHR's primary focus is on helping autistic adults to become Sellers on Fiverr for which AutismHR makes no money. This is why AutismHR wants to promote the Fiverr services of any autistic adults who use AutismHR.com to become a Fiverr Seller. At that point, AutismHR can promote that Seller's services for them to help them generate business and should a Buyer result for that autistic individual from AutismHR's promotion then AutismHR would receive a small affiliate commission from Fiverr (the Seller sees no difference in their earnings as a result of AutismHR making a commission, which helps to make it a win-win situation). This is one way AutismHR can provide education and tutorials for free to our site visitors.
